Well really kid made. The girls insisted on making dessert in the Easy Bake Oven tonight. We hade the world's smallest dessert - chocolate chip cookies.

6/365: Last Hurrah
Tomorrow is D-day. Yes DIET day. I'm joining Weight Watchers.
Tonight I made one of my favorite dinners, soft tacos/burritos. I forgot the beans, but that's okay. They were still pretty yummy.

62/365: Flautas and Friendship
Since the girls are with the grandparents and the boys are on the boats, Denise and I had a nice girls night. We probably haven't spent much time alone just the two of us as friends, since Juli was born. it was nice to hang out and just be friends, not mommies or wives. We went to Chevy's for some mexican food, mmm mmm.

53/365: Do Do Do Do Do Dora
We went to Katie's 3rd birthday party today. It was a Dora party. Dora herself showed up! Unfortunately most of the kids (including Katie) did not like the life-size Dora and ended up crying! Juli was happy to see her. Livi, not so much.

49/365: Sweet Corn
Tonight we decided to fire up the grill for dinner. I shucked some corn and James got the grill all ready. We put some burgers and potatoes on the grill. About halfway through we ran out of propane. Yeah, typical. We had to usher everything into the oven and broil it!
Oh well, it was still pretty good and the girls loved the corn!

25/365: Rice Krispies Thieves
Not the best picture I have taken lately, but it was kind of funny. Livi has that busted look on her face, but I think she was just mid-krispy. I went to the dryer to grab the clothes out and this is what I found when I got back. Not sure how Juli got the rice krispies since they were on a shelf in the pantry. Guess it's time to lock the pantry!

I had frappacino on the brain all morning so at lunch time I decided to head over to the Starbucks in the Barnes & Noble. I also got an Italian Pannini while I was there. SO good!

12/365: Sleep eating
Since Juli is still with my parents, James, Livi and I went out to eat for dinner. Livi must have really been tired. She fell asleep eating her dinner!! Yes she really is sleeping while still chewing on her pickle!

7/365: Mash Potato, Mash Potato
for dinner we had roast beef, mashed potatoes and peas. Livi LOVED the mashed potatoes. She ate everything, but she ate ALL of the potatoes and asked for more (mah, mah, mah, lol).
She is really becoming Little Miss Independent. She will not sit in a high chair anymore. She has to sit at the big table with everyone else. She also has to have a fork or spoon to eat with. She's actually doing really well with utensils. I'm surprised how well she is doing. Not that she's ready for fine dining yet, but she definitely gets some on her fork and some does make it to her mouth!

5/365: Nice Cake
Today we went to my cousin's graduation party. The cake was on a dining room piece that you had to pass to get to the back of a table. People were squeezing between the piece and a chair at the table.
Obviously that did not go well for the cake or a few people's clothes. Oops! LOL
