7/365: All Hail the GloMate
I ordered these nightlights for the girls and they came today. They are so cute! The girls love them. They can be solid blue, green or red. They can also cycle through a rainbow of colors.
The neat part is they sit on this flat base, but the kids can pick them up and take them with them. Totally cool! I wouldn't let them take their GloMates off tonight since they had to charge for at least 8 hours. They can't wait to get their hands on them though!

6/365: Last Hurrah
Tomorrow is D-day. Yes DIET day. I'm joining Weight Watchers.
Tonight I made one of my favorite dinners, soft tacos/burritos. I forgot the beans, but that's okay. They were still pretty yummy.

4/365: Where are You, Santa Mouse?
When I was a little girl my grandparents bought me a book about Santa Mouse. In the story, they put a yellow light on the tree for Santa Mouse (he helps Santa on Christmas). I asked where our yellow light was at my grandparents house and it has evolved from a light on the tree to a whole tree dedicated to Santa Mouse.
When we were younger Santa Mouse used to leave each of us 12 grandchildren a little gift by each of our yellow lights on the tree. It was a very cute tradition. We no longer do the gifts, but my grandmom still has the tree and many Santa Mouse themed things in her kitchen.
We went to visit her today along with my aunt and my cousins. The girls always have a great time there and it was nice to be in a place were so many of our traditions took place.

3/365: My Log Cabin
Today the girls and I hung around the house doing laundry and getting things in order. While Livi napped, I took a short break to play with Juli and her new set of Lincoln Logs. She wanted me to build a house for her horsey just like the one on the box.
This was the best I could do. Not sure why the roof has a gaping hole in it. I guess so you can play inside the cabin, but Juli could barely get her hand in it.

1/365: 365 Take Two
New Year, New 365.
I started a new job in November and ended up being too busy to take pictures. I'm finally starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel and things are slowing down. I've decided to restart my 365.

85/365: Billy
Billy (the stuffed lamb in this picture) has been a big part of our lives since Juli was about 3 months old. She took to him and wouldn't let go. Since she was about 6 or 7 months old, she would not go to sleep without him. She rubs the satin ribbon between her thumb and forefinger until she falls asleep. He's her lovey and her best friend.
I don't know if she realizes it yet or not, but there are actually about 5 "Billies" in rotation at our house. LOL

84/365: A quiet place
Things at work are kind of busy, hectic and crazy right now. I needed to get out and clear my mind. I grabbed my camera and headed over to Valley Forge National Park on my lunch break. It's so peaceful and quiet there.

82/365: Livi Loves Windows
Livi always climbs up on the couch and sits on the radiator to look out the back window. She learned this from her big sister. It's always been a favorite spot of Juli's too.

81/365: Tutu Sisters
Juli had her first dance class today. She was so excited to go. Livi got upset and had a fit when Juli put her leotard and tutu on. Juli got her dress-up tutu for Livi to wear and everyone was happy!

I am almost finished with Text Such a Pretty Fat, then on to Twilight. Just as soon as I get some time to myself...
